1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, papad, spices, and food products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

3. Refund Approval

Once our team verifies the issue, an eligible refund or replacement may be approved. The decision will be communicated via phone or email.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Product opened or partially consumed.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
