Skin Changes Over the Breast<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Dimpling (orange peel or \u201cpeau d\u2019orange\u201d appearance)<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Redness or darkening<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Thickening of the skin<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Scaliness or rash on the nipple or breast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b class=\"boldd\">4. Nipple Changes<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Nipple retraction (nipple turning inward)<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Change in nipple shape or position<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Persistent itching, crusting, or ulceration around the nipple (Paget\u2019s disease of the nipple)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b class=\"boldd\">5. Nipple Discharge<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"boldd\">Especially concerning if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Bloody or clear<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Spontaneous (without squeezing)<\/li>\n<li class=\"boldd\">From one breast only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b class=\"boldd\">6. Pain<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"boldd\">Breast or nipple pain that doesn\u2019t go away (Note: many breast<br \/>\ncancers are painless)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b class=\"boldd\">7. Swelling in or Near the Armpit<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"boldd\">May indicate involvement of lymph nodes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b class=\"boldd\">8.
